Curated by renowned Chef Priya Mary Antony, the festival celebrates the timeless connection between food, memory, sea and spice, bringing together flavours inspired by Kochi’s coastal kitchens and Kerala’s rich culinary heritage. Guests can indulge in a specially curated selection of vegetarian delicacies including Tapioca Bonda, Crunchy Cauliflower, Paneer Pepper Fry, Moru Curry, Roasted Black Dal, Long Beans Mezhukkupuratti, Yam Mezhukkupuratti, Mango Curry, Peas Masala, Ghee Rice, Appam and Kerala Paratha.
The non-vegetarian selection features Tamarind Chicken Wings, Boiled Egg with Hot Chutney, Prawns Porichathu, Duck Perattu, Diced Chicken Curry, Crab Roast, Mutton Stew, Mango Curry, Black Dal Roast and Seafood Biryani, accompanied by Appam and Kerala Paratha, and finished with the traditional desserts Palada Payasam and Pradhaman. The menu brings together a vibrant mix of seafood, meats, vegetables, fragrant rice preparations and classic Kerala accompaniments, offering guests a wholesome taste of Kochi’s diverse food culture.
