    Bangalore, April 19, 2024: For the month of the harvest festival in the state, Yauatcha has designed a delectable Ugadi Menu that craftily combines Cantonese flavours and classic South Indian Spices.

    Enjoy the spirit of Ugadi with Yauatcha Bangalore’s specially crafted dishes, celebrating the essence of balance and well-being. Curated with notes of sweet, sour, spicy and savoury flavours, the menu is a visual representation of spring and new beginnings. Join Yauatcha in celebrating the spirit of Ugadi, and new beginnings with their all-new Flavours of Ugadi menu that highlights a fine balance of sweet, sour, spicy and savoury flavours. Indulge in a diverse selection of vibrant delicacies that feature fine ingredients, delightful flavours, innovative techniques, and the rich heritage of Cantonese cuisine. The menu contains five courses, each with a distinctive flavour of South- Indian spices that seamlessly blends with Yauatcha’s signature Cantonese flavour profile.

    One can begin with the Coconut Dumpling and Crispy Lotus Root, followed by an incredibly delectable Double-Boiled Pak Choi which is a harmonious blend of tender pak choi and succulent chicken, gently cooked to perfection using the traditional double-boiling technique, ensuring every bite is infused with wholesome goodness.

    Crispy Fried Prawn Dumplings are a delight for your senses with the crispy exterior and juicy prawn filling of the irresistible dumplings, expertly crafted to perfection. Indulge in the ultimate seafood delight with the Golden-fried prawns, boasting a crispy coating and tender interior that will leave you craving for seconds. The menu features classics for pork lovers with the Mongolian Pork Ribs that are rich and savoury and marinated to perfection, delivering an explosion of taste with every bite. The menu also features delightful comforts such as Asian Red Curry & Asian Green Curry, Steamed Jasmine Rice and Stewed Noodle with Vegetable/Chicken in Hot Bean Sauce.
