Wyndham Hotels & Resorts hosted its 2025 Eurasia Executive Summit at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham, Lucknow. The one-day summit welcomed over 150 participants under the theme “Going Places: Navigating the Future of Travel.” Designed to explore emerging trends, tools, and actionable insights, the event brought together Wyndham’s hotel partners, general managers, and key suppliers for an engaging day of knowledge-sharing, discussions, and networking.

The summit featured workshops, interactive sessions, and panel discussions on topics such as domestic and outbound travel trends, the future of hospitality, talent development, and turning guest feedback into a competitive advantage. In his opening address, Dimitris Manikis, President EMEA, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, highlighted the EMEA region as a key growth engine for the company and thanked franchise partners for their trust in Wyndham’s diverse brand portfolio.

“Our Executive Summit in Lucknow underscores the strategic importance of the Eurasia region, one of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts’ fastest-growing markets. More than 60% of our hotel partners attended the summit for the first time, reflecting the strong momentum and expansion we are witnessing across this region. Events like these provide a vital platform for regional leaders and partners to share insights, explore innovative solutions, and strengthen meaningful relationships. For us, it is about more than discussions; it is about enabling growth, fostering innovation, and creating lasting value for our partners, teams, and guests. By connecting, collaborating, and learning together, we are shaping the future of travel, and we are excited to lead the way,” said Dimitris Manikis, President EMEA, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.

The day concluded with an awards ceremony recognizing excellence across multiple categories, including General Manager of the Year, Hotel of the Year (KPI Based), Commercial Performance (KPI Based), Sustainable Hotel of the Year (Level 5 Wyndham Green Hotels), and the EMEA President’s Award for community, people, and growth. The celebrations culminated in a vibrant Diwali party hosted by the team, bringing together all guests to mark the occasion with joy, togetherness, and festive spirit.

As the largest hotel franchisor in the world by number of properties, Wyndham continues to expand in the EMEA region. In the first half of 2025, the portfolio grew to over 720 licensed hotels, a five percent increase from the previous year. More than 60 new openings with over 4,700 rooms and 27 additional contracts strengthened growth across key EMEA markets. In Eurasia alone, 21 new hotels opened in the first half of 2025, including Ramada Encore by Wyndham Lucknow Airport, Ramada by Wyndham Cox’s Bazar Kolatoli Beach, and Wyndham Garden Jim Corbett Chhoi.
