    Bengaluru, April 2025: The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru Hotel Conventions Residences and The Leela Palace Bengaluru are delighted to collaborate with Chef Yildiz O. Samaha for an exclusive Turkish Food Festival. The festival will take place at Quattro, a premium all-day dining restaurant at The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru Hotel Conventions Residences, from April 18th to 20th, 2025, and at Citrus, The Leela Palace Bengaluru, from April 23rd to 27th, 2025. Experience the authenticity of Turkish cuisine, where rich flavours, aromatic spices, and centuries-old traditions come together for a lavish dining experience.

    The festival will feature a stunning array of authentic Turkish dishes from Chef Yildiz O. Samaha, showcasing the country’s diverse and vibrant flavours.  The selection of salads, mezzes, and starters includes Kisir, Muhammara, Çoban Salata, Kapya Biber Salata, and Marinated Seabass Fish, offering a vibrant introduction to the cuisine. Moving into the heart of the menu, the Turkish grills and mains present a variety of flavorful options such as Doner Kebab, Urfa Kebap, Vegetable Kebap, Eggplant Kebap, and Chicken Şiş Kebap,  accompanied by Ankara Rice and Sautéed Cabbage. For desserts, the menu showcases Baklava, Sütlaç, Muhallebi, Dry Fruit Hoşaf, Kadayıf, and Turkish Ice Cream, providing a sweet conclusion to the culinary journey across Turkey.

    Chef Yildiz O. Samaha, a celebrated chef from Turkey, brings with her a deep understanding of Ottoman-era recipes and a passion for sharing the rich culinary traditions of Turkey. Her expertise in preparing authentic Turkish dishes will offer guests a rare opportunity to savour the flavours that are both familiar and excitingly new. 

    This festival brings the lively spirit of Turkish culture to Bengaluru for an unforgettable experience. The Quattro’s elegant setting and warm hospitality, combined with Chef Yildiz’s exceptional culinary skills, promise to make this Turkish Food Festival an unforgettable experience.
