The inaugural Anantara Concorso Roma will bring together 70 historic Italian cars in the heart of Rome. Taking place from the 16th–19th of April 2026, the long-anticipated event will celebrate the best of Italian automotive design, hospitality, and cuisine – the spirit of ‘la dolce vita’. The spectacular showfield will offer guests and visitors a rare opportunity to view an impressive selection of Italian automotive icons amidst a stunning Roman backdrop.

Le Mans-winning trio from The Prancing Horse

Three of Ferrari’s most iconic Le Mans-winning racecars will be on display as part of the Anantara Concorso Roma 2026: 1964 Ferrari 250 LM, 1963 Ferrari 275P, and a Ferrari 499P. Each of these cars represents the marque’s continued international racing success and the evolution of motorsport technology.

    • 1964 Ferrari 250 LM: Winner of the 1965 24 Hours of Le Mans, this 250 LM sealed six consecutive victories for the manufacturer. It is one of only two privateer Ferraris to ever secure the overall win and was raced by North American Racing Team (NART).
    • 1963 Ferrari 275P: Starting life as one of four 250 Ps, it was substituted for a chassis in repair for Le Mans in 1963 and managed to achieve the first-ever all-Italian victory. Ferrari then upgraded the chassis to the 275P specification, and the car won Le Mans again in 1964.
    • Ferrari 499P: Ferrari calls the 499P a “laboratory of cutting-edge technologies”. Best described as a marvel of modern motorsport, the 499P, with its hybrid powertrain and V6 engine, has now won Le Mans three years in a row in 2023, 2024 and 2025.

    Italy’s finest gather in Rome

Postponed following the passing of Pope Francis in April 2025, Anantara Concorso Roma has been expanded and refined in the intervening year. The original showfield at Casina Valadier has been significantly extended to encompass the magnificent circular Piazza Bucarest in the gardens of Villa Borghese. Here, the world’s finest examples of Automobili Italiane will gather to enthral visitors and compete in the Concorso, with each telling a unique and special story.

The programme: Anantara Concorso Roma 2026

The Anantara Concorso Roma will commence on Wednesday, the 15th of April, for early guests and owners, with the option of city tours and luxury retail experiences. Attendees will then be invited to a welcome reception on the rooftop of Anantara Palazzo Naiadi on the evening of Thursday, the 16th. The following morning, on the 17th, the Giro d’Anantara will depart from Piazza della Repubblica, winding out through the city to the delight of residents and visitors alike. The day will conclude with dinner at Guglielmo’s ‘pop-up’ trattoria at Casina Valadier, in Villa Borghese.

Concorso judging will take place on Concorso Saturday, the 18th, where owners will gather with their esteemed machines at Casina Valadier for a Champagne reception, lunch in the Owners’ Marquee and further VIP sightseeing. The showfield will be open for day pass ticket holders. The day’s finale is the Concorso Celebration dinner at the magnificent Palazzo Brancaccio.

Concorso Sunday, the 19th, will again offer ticket holders the opportunity to look around the showfield, and later in the afternoon, the awards presentation will recognise all the Class Winners and runners up, culminating in the presentation of the first ever Anantara Concorso Roma Best of Show trophy.

    Collaboration driven by passion

Organised by Anantara Hotels & Resorts and presented by UBS, the destination event is hosted at Rome’s premier luxury hotel, Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome. It is supported by event partners Richard Mille and Lockton. Anantara Concorso Roma is also fortunate to have the cooperation of Roma Capitale, the government agency responsible for Rome.

Concours participants and car enthusiasts who wish to place themselves in the very heart of the action can book exclusive packages that include VVIP weekend tickets, a stay at Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome, elevated dining experiences and premier access to the event. Day passes starting from 95 EUR are also available, as well as weekend passes with and without accommodation.
