Caravan 2025 continues to establish itself as the go-to event for the Indian travel trade. Following its first edition in 2025 April 2025, Caravan hosted a successful tri-city series in September across Kolkata (8th September), Chennai (10th September), and Bengaluru (12th September), drawing 600+ travel agents and 25+ leading travel brands and partners.

This year’s theme, “Travel Meets the Future: Powered by AI, Driven by You”, highlighted how AI and technology are transforming the travel trade, while emphasizing that true progress depends on how quickly agents and businesses adopt these innovations.

Innovation & Format at the Forefront

TravClan showcased a suite of AI-powered tools, including the launch of Flyr, an AI solution that enables agents to instantly create professional travel marketing posters. Alongside Flyr, TravClan also demonstrated AI-driven instant quotes and operational process enhancements, designed to make the travel trade faster, more efficient, and future-ready.

Caravan’s unique boutique format also stood out — allowing brands to connect directly with agents, collect real-time feedback, and share awareness about new opportunities. For agents, who operate in a highly competitive market, this meant not just networking, but also staying up to date on the latest innovations, trends, and insights shaping the industry.

    Voices from the Industry

Caravan’s impact was reflected in the feedback shared across cities:

“Opportunities to meet agents face-to-face are rare. Caravan enabled those direct interactions, giving both sides a chance to exchange insights and build stronger relationships.” — Ahmed Shifan, Sales & Revenue Manager, AAA Resorts / Medhufushi

“Caravan has been a refreshing change from larger expos. Here, we can sit down, understand products in detail, and discover unique experiences — from wellness travel to digital detox — that today’s travellers want.” — Mehak, Back2Back Travels

“As someone new to the travel trade, Caravan has been extremely valuable. It gave us exposure to destinations like Dubai, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Bali, and the confidence to sell them effectively.” — Gaurav & Manav, Trago Trips

    Looking Ahead

“Caravan is not just about bringing brands and agents together — it’s about shaping the future of travel trade through innovation, adoption, and collaboration,” said Chirag Agrawal, Co-founder, TravClan. “The overwhelming response across Kolkata, Chennai, and Bengaluru proves how valuable this platform has become for agents across India.”

With two editions already completed in 2025 — the April edition and the September tri-city series — Caravan 2025 will continue to expand into more Indian markets in the coming months, reinforcing its role as India’s most important B2B travel event.
