Every winter has a moment when the season truly arrives, sometimes it’s the first knitted sweater, sometimes the first breath of cold air, and sometimes… It’s the first hot drink that warms your hands before it warms your soul. This year, Toscano captures that moment with its Winter Warmers menu, a nostalgic, heart-warming collection of drinks that feel like stories poured into a cup.

Inspired by European holiday traditions, childhood memories of hot chocolate, and the comforting rhythm of slow, cozy evenings, the menu brings together flavours that evoke winter not just as a season, but as a feeling.

There’s the Spiced Bourbon Toddy, a deeply aromatic cocktail. This sophisticated blend is expertly stirred with orange spice tea and a touch of honey. It is the ideal warm companion for a crisp evening, offering a comforting, yet refined, sipping experience. The Hot Maple Buttered Rum carries the scent of winter fairs and caramel-dusted pastries, while the Chocolate Grog blends brandy, fig and chocolate into something that tastes like decadence tucked inside a woollen blanket.

For those who grew up marking winter with its own little rituals, the menu gently taps into nostalgia. The Black Forest Hot Chocolate brings back memories of holiday desserts and frosted cakes. The Winter Nightcap, warm with cinnamon, nutmeg and espresso, feels like the closing chapter of a long, fulfilling day. And the Golden Turmeric Latte, rooted in familiar Indian warmth, is the comforting reminder that winter here carries its own traditions too.

Across select outlets, the menu also pays homage to Europe’s festive staples, Mulled Majesty, simmered with fruit and spices, and Tropical Warm Sangria, a playful twist on mulled wine for those who believe winter should still carry a little sunlight.

Toscano’s culinary team shares, “Winter brings out a different side of people, slower, softer, more reflective. We wanted to create drinks that match that energy… drinks that tell a story, spark a memory, and make you pause for just a moment before taking the next sip.”

More than a menu, Toscano’s Winter Warmers offer guests a chance to settle into the season, whether that means a quiet evening alone, a long conversation over shared cups, or a festive gathering where the drinks glow as warmly as the lights.

This winter, comfort isn’t just found in blankets or fireplaces. It’s found at Toscano, one warm cup at a time.
