- Bold Flavors Meet Global Inspirations: From the crisp Himachal apples that add a tangy twist to the Caramelised Apple and Beetroot Salad, to the creamy locally made burrata cheese that stars in the Burrata 2.0, every dish celebrates the unique flavors of the region. Bandel cheese puffs, Naga chilli sauce, and Jowar Salad are just a few examples of the carefully selected ingredients that add depth and authenticity to the menu.
