New Delhi: The Tivoli Hotel in Chattarpur has been awarded the prestigious Five-Star Certification by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, less than a year after its launch. The recognition marks a significant milestone for Tivoli Hospitality Group, which has been expanding its presence in North India’s luxury hospitality space.

The five-star rating, considered one of the highest honours in India’s hospitality industry, is granted to properties that meet strict criteria in areas such as accommodation quality, facilities, safety and hygiene standards, dining, and guest service.

According to the Ministry’s assessment, The Tivoli Hotel met these benchmarks through its premium infrastructure, including 132 well-appointed rooms, a grand Presidential Suite, a Junior Suite, modern amenities, concierge services, advanced security systems, and an array of dining options. The hotel also boasts five state-of-the-art banquet halls and three expansive outdoor lawns accommodating up to 3,000 guests, catering to weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings.

Expressing his delight over the achievement, Amit Sood, CEO of Tivoli Hospitality Group, said, “We celebrate this honour with immense pride. The certification motivates us to move ahead with greater dedication, strengthening our vision to offer unmatched hospitality and luxury services to our guests.”

Akshay Gupta, Executive Director of the group, credited the leadership of Rohit Gupta, Chairman and seasoned hotelier, for steering the brand’s transformation from a banqueting pioneer into a leading name in luxury hospitality, weddings, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and large-format events.

Dining at The Tivoli Hotel spans multiple cuisines and experiences — from Zuun, offering a Pan-Asian menu, to Blue Grotto, which serves Mediterranean-inspired dishes by the poolside, and Aria, an all-day dining venue presenting global classics.

With its recent certification, Tivoli Hospitality Group aims to further solidify its reputation as one of India’s most respected luxury hospitality brands, while continuing its expansion across North India.
