    Tiger tourism in telengana

    Telengana Forest department has announced to open green hills of Nallamala for tourists. This is a part of their new initiative on eco-tourism.  The major attraction of this project would be the ‘Tiger Stay Package’ to begin from November 17th.  The total package would include cottage stay, education tour, and gypsy safari and forest trek. The price for the package would start from 4, 600 INR for two people up to 17,000 INR for group of 12.

    The itinerary will include hosting the tourists arriving at community based eco tourism resorts of Mannanur which is 140 km from Hyderabad, tour to the health clinic, interpretation centre, biological labs etc. These will be followed by the Jungle safari with adequate scopes for the tourists for wildlife photography. The package would enable the travelers interacting with the local Chenchu tribes knowing their culture while experiencing nature and trek down the forest paths.
