These experiences have equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of F&B operations and a flair for crafting memorable guest experiences. Elvis has a proven track record in leading banquet and event operations for social and MICE formats, consistently delivering excellence through attention to detail and creativity. At The Westin Goa, he will focus on strategic growth, innovative concepts, and operational excellence across all F&B outlets, ensuring guests experience the very best in service and cuisine.
