The Westin Goa announces the appointment of Dhiraj Amin as its new Director of Sales and Marketing. Bringing with him over 15 years of experience across luxury hospitality, Dhiraj will lead the hotel’s commercial strategy with a focus on driving revenue growth, strengthening market presence, and delivering exceptional business performance.
Prior to joining The Westin Goa, Dhiraj served as Director of Sales at The St. Regis Mumbai, where he led strategic sales initiatives across key business segments. His professional journey also includes leadership roles at Sofitel Mumbai BKC, as well as extensive experience within Marriott International at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar and Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport. Over the years, he has developed strong expertise across corporate sales, catering, MICE, weddings, and business development, consistently delivering sustained commercial growth.
Known for his strategic mindset and collaborative leadership style, Dhiraj has built a reputation for developing high-performing teams and fostering long-term client relationships. His strengths lie in identifying new business opportunities, driving market expansion, and translating commercial objectives into impactful sales strategies. A recipient of the Marriott President’s Circle Award and Marriott APEC Top Performer Award, Dhiraj is recognised for building high-performing teams, strengthening client relationships, and driving sustained business growth.
In his new role, Dhiraj will oversee all aspects of sales and marketing at The Westin Goa, working closely with the hotel’s leadership team to strengthen the property’s positioning across leisure, weddings, MICE, and corporate segments while driving sustainable revenue growth.
