Taking place at their all-day dining restaurant, The Market, on January 27, 2024, during the long weekend holidays, this exclusive experience will feature the renowned Mexican MasterChef, Regina Logar.
Regina Logar, a distinguished Mexican MasterChef and a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Mexico, gained widespread acclaim after her notable appearance on MasterChef Mexico in 2018. Her passion for culinary excellence has also earned her a nomination for the prestigious “World’s Best Chef from Latin America” award.
Guests will have the opportunity to embark on a delectable journey through the authentic flavors of Mexico, with a menu curated by Chef Regina Logar herself. The six-course dining experience will showcase signature dishes such as Citrus watermelon with goat cheese, Shrimp agua chile verde, and palmito agua chile verde, among others. Each dish will be crafted to perfection, bringing the rich and diverse culinary tapestry of Mexico to the plates of Bangalore diners.
In addition to her culinary expertise, Chef Regina is also a strong advocate for sustainable fishing. She is known for using nationally certified sea products in her dishes, contributing to the promotion of the blue economy.
