    The Residency Hotels announces the appointment of Prakash Jayadevan as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this strategic leadership role, Jayadevan will be responsible for spearheading operational strategy, enhancing performance across all properties, and ensuring consistently exceptional guest experiences.

    Commenting on his appointment, B Gopinath – CEO, The Residency Hotels said, “We are thrilled to welcome Prakash Jayadevan as our new Chief Operating Officer.     Bringing with him a wealth of experience in hospitality management and hotel operations, Jayadevan is known for his strong track record in driving service excellence and business optimization. His appointment comes at a crucial time as The Residency Hotels embarks on a new phase of growth and brand elevation.
