Celebrated mixologist Rajni Gill, popularly known as The Spirited Woman, will curate an elevated beverage experience on 7th November 2025 at The Swig, Raajkutir Kolkata – IHCL SeleQtions and 8th November 2025 at Shamiana, Taj City Centre New Town, Kolkata.
Renowned for her inventive approach to mixology, Rajni blends artistry, tradition, and modern innovation into every glass. Her repertoire is a symphony of flavours and advanced techniques — from spirit and sous-vide infusions to rotary evaporation and clarification. She experiments with umami-forward elements like truffle oil for depth, Manipuri black rice for texture, and delicate touches like gold vark for visual elegance.
Inspired by a breath-taking flight past Mount Everest, Rajni seeks to evoke awe and wonder through her craft, creating cocktails that mirror the beauty of nature and the essence of local cultures. Her creations are “liquid stories” — each inspired by her journeys through Kolkata’s Rajbaris, Delhi’s bustling bazaars, Goa’s sun-kissed coasts, Himachal’s serene valleys, and the tribal hearths of the Northeast.
