The LaLiT New Delhi has launched “Bemisaal Baluchi Express”, a thoughtfully curated dining experience at Baluchi, its signature Indian restaurant located on the second floor of the hotel. Conceptualised for guests seeking a refined yet time-efficient meal, the new offering presents a chef-curated menu served within 30 minutes, combining the richness of traditional Indian flavours with the convenience of express dining.

Designed to cater to a range of palates, Bemisaal Baluchi Express features an elegant selection of vegetarian, non-vegetarian and biryani-based meal experiences, each crafted as a complete culinary journey. The concept reflects Baluchi’s signature approach to Indian cuisine — rooted in authenticity, elevated by thoughtful presentation and adapted for the contemporary diner.

The vegetarian selections include the Makhani Express, featuring Paneer Makhani and the signature Dal Baluchi, as well as the Raj Express, featuring Rajma Raseela and Hing Dhaniye Ke Chatpate Aloo. Both experiences are served with a choice of Indian breads or rice, accompanied by traditional condiments, freshly pressed sugarcane juice, dessert and paan.

For non-vegetarian diners, the menu presents the Makhani Express, featuring Murgh Makhani with Dal Baluchi, along with the Shahi Express, featuring Gosht Handi Korma with Dal Baluchi. Each selection is complemented by a choice of Indian breads or rice, traditional accompaniments, freshly pressed sugarcane juice, dessert and paan.

The Biryani Express further enriches the offering with a choice of Gosht Pardah Biryani, Murgh Pardah Biryani or Subz Pardah Biryani. Each biryani is served with Burani Raita or plain curd, along with salad, freshly pressed sugarcane juice, dessert and paan, creating a complete and indulgent dining experience.

Speaking on the launch, Cluster Executive North Chef Ravi Kant, said, “Bemisaal Baluchi Express has been created to offer guests the soul of Baluchi in a thoughtfully curated format. Each menu brings together our signature flavours, traditional preparations and classic accompaniments, making it a wholesome experience that is both convenient and memorable.”

The vegetarian menu is priced at INR 1500 plus taxes, while the non-vegetarian experiences and selected biryani offerings are priced at INR 1800 plus taxes. The offering is valid Monday to Saturday only and cannot be clubbed with any other promotion or discount.

With Bemisaal Baluchi Express, The LaLiT New Delhi reaffirms its commitment to delivering memorable culinary experiences that are both rooted in tradition and relevant to the evolving lifestyle of today’s guests. Whether for a business lunch, a leisurely weekday meal or a quick indulgent break, the new menu at Baluchi promises a seamless blend of flavour, finesse and efficiency.

Bemisaal Baluchi Express is available at Baluchi, the signature Indian restaurant located on the second floor of The LaLiT New Delhi.
