The Fern Hotels & Resorts has appointed Sandeep Ahire as Director of Sales at its Regional Sales Office in Mumbai. With over 15 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Sandeep brings a well-rounded perspective to sales strategy and execution, particularly in the Corporate MICE/EMC MICE and Travel Trade segments across Mumbai, Pune and Gujarat.
He has held key positions in the NSOs of globally renowned hospitality brands such as Radisson Hotels, IHG, Hilton Hotels etc, where he consistently demonstrated strong leadership and delivered impactful business results. He has also been associated with unit-level sales for The Fern, Lonavala and Ascott Ltd., gaining in-depth market knowledge and operational insights that align with The Fern Hotels & Resorts’ regional and national growth objectives.
In his new role, Sandeep will be responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives, building and nurturing client relationships and supporting the brand’s commercial goals in Western India. His deep market expertise, client-focused approach and collaborative leadership style are expected to further strengthen the brand’s presence in one of its key markets.
