Shailendra Gairola brings over two decades of hospitality experience to his new role as General Manager in Kanpur. Having previously worked with prominent hotel chains including The Oberoi and Marriott, Gairola specializes in food and beverage operations with a strong focus on technological integration for enhanced guest experiences.
In his new role, Gairola will be responsible for all operations of the hotel as he looks to drive service excellence initiatives. His appointment is in line with Kanpur experiencing greater demand for quality hotels from both leisure and business tourists.

With a work experience of fifteen years in the industry, Rajneesh Kumar takes on the post of Operations Manager for the Kota property. Kumar has had important roles at Sarovar Portico, Ajmer and Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Kota, where he showed competence in sales techniques and F&B operations.
Kumar’s key duties will be to improve day-to-day operations, handling finances, and maintaining profitability levels. His joining will further enhance the operational strengths of the hotel in Kota’s burgeoning hospitality industry.
