With almost two decades of diverse experience in human capital strategy, organizational development, and people management, Roberta will help The Den’s HR functions into a new age of innovation and excellence.
Roberta has played senior HR leadership positions in leading hospitality brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Atmosphere Maldives, Conrad Bengaluru, and V&RO Hospitality. Recently, she was Country Leader People & Culture at ARATT Developers & Ayatana Hospitalities. She has a passion for tying business objectives with HR initiatives to deliver performance, profitability, and growth in her career.
At The Den, Roberta will concentrate on building the hotel’s HR capabilities, developing the talent pipeline, instilling a culture of learning and belonging, and cultivating a high-performing and future-fit workforce. Her practice integrates operational HR effectiveness with a strategic vision centered on putting people at the core of the business.
