Chef Karthikeyan’s illustrious career includes notable tenures with globally renowned hospitality brands such as Taj Group of Hotels (India), Lotus Hotel (Dubai), Radisson Blu Carlson Group, Westin, Le Méridien, JW Marriott, Renaissance, and Hilton. Across these roles, he has consistently elevated dining experiences through creative menu design and a deep respect for authentic flavors.
At The Den Bengaluru, Chef Karthikeyan seeks to redefine the culinary identity of the hotel by focusing on the use of high-quality local produce and sustainable measures. As part of his new role, he will head the culinary team, drive menu innovation, and bring in unique offerings with his own touch and international flair.
