On 9th August, guests are transported to the sun-kissed shores of Southern Europe with Mediterranean Escape Brunch: A Culinary Voyage Across the Mediterranean. Inspired by the vibrant cuisines of Greece, Italy, Spain, and the Levant, the brunch showcases fresh seasonal ingredients, coastal flavours, aromatic herbs, and leisurely dining that reflects the relaxed spirit of the Mediterranean.
Coinciding with Independence Day celebrations, 16th August brings Flavours of India: A Celebration of Freedom, paying tribute to the country’s remarkable culinary diversity. Guests can savour regional favourites from across India, celebrating traditions, heritage, and the flavours that unite the nation through an immersive dining experience.
The festivities continue on 23rd August with Celebrate Onam: The Grand Feast of Kerala, inspired by one of South India’s most cherished festivals. Featuring authentic Kerala delicacies and traditional festive favourites, the brunch captures the warmth, generosity, and vibrant culinary traditions that define the Onam celebration.
The month concludes on 30th August with Sibling Showdown Brunch: Celebrate the Bond of Love, Trust & Togetherness, a lively Sunday dedicated to brothers and sisters. Filled with interactive activities, nostalgic comfort food, playful experiences, and opportunities to create lasting memories, the brunch celebrates one of life’s most treasured relationships with warmth, laughter, and great food.
