Mumbai, March 25, 2025: Thai Naam announced the launch of its exclusive limited-edition summer menu. As temperatures rise and the king of fruits makes its seasonal appearance, the restaurant has crafted an exquisite array of mango-infused delicacies that promise to transport diners to the tropical paradise of Thailand. This carefully curated selection features five signature dishes that showcase the versatility of mangoes while honoring authentic Thai culinary traditions.

The new summer menu highlights the restaurant’s commitment to seasonal freshness and culinary innovation. Diners can indulge in the classic Mango Sticky Rice, a traditional Thai dessert featuring sweet glutinous rice perfected with ripe mango slices and coconut cream. For those seeking savory options, the Mango Prawn Roll offers a delightful blend of succulent prawns and fresh mango wrapped in delicate rice paper. The selection extends to refreshing beverages, including the Tropical Breeze Drink and Mango Coconut Drink, both designed to cool and rejuvenate during the summer heat. Completing the menu is the restaurant’s signature Mango Ice Cream, a velvety dessert that captures the essence of summer in every spoonful.

Summer in India is synonymous with mangoes, and we wanted to create a menu that celebrates this beloved fruit while staying true to our Thai culinary heritage,” says Head Chef at Thai Naam – Jawairia Merchant. Each dish has been thoughtfully crafted to balance the natural sweetness of mangoes with traditional Thai flavors, offering our guests a unique dining experience that embodies the spirit of summer. The limited-edition menu will be available throughout the mango season, inviting everyone to escape the summer heat and embark on a culinary journey through Thailand’s vibrant flavors.
