Each day presents a thoughtfully curated selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, beginning with indulgent starters like Kashke Badanjan and Joojeh Kabob, followed by soul-warming soups such as Barley Murgh Sorba. The main courses, including Fesenjan-e-Paneer and Khoresh-e-Pista Badam, highlight the intricate balance of sweet, sour, and savoury elements using ingredients like saffron, pomegranate paste, and dry lemon.
