    Bangalore, September 2024: Quattro invites food enthusiasts to embark on a culinary journey through Persia with its exclusive Persian Food Pop-Up. Running from September 5th to September 8th, 2024, the pop-up promises a sensory feast, highlighting the rich and diverse flavors of Persian cuisine.

    Renowned for its dynamic and diverse culinary offerings, Quattro is the ideal venue to present the authentic tastes of Persia. The Persian Food pop-up is poised to be another standout in the restaurant’s impressive lineup, reflecting its commitment to culinary excellence and cultural exploration.

    This Persian Pop-Up will be a culinary journey that immerses diners in the rich flavors of traditional Persian cuisine. Each day presents a thoughtfully curated selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, beginning with indulgent starters like Kashke Badanjan and Joojeh Kabob, followed by soul-warming soups such as Barley Murgh Sorba. The main courses, including Fesenjan-e-Paneer and Khoresh-e-Pista Badam, highlight the intricate balance of sweet, sour, and savoury elements using ingredients like saffron, pomegranate paste, and dry lemon. The experience concludes with desserts like Zafrani Firni and Halwa Brinji, featuring the delicate flavours of saffron, dates, and rose, making for an unforgettable Persian culinary experience.

    Persian cuisine, known for its ancient origins and cosmopolitan influences, is characterized by its subtle use of ingredients like lime and saffron, as well as the innovative blending of meats with fruits and nuts. The pop-up will feature a range of signature dishes that epitomize the elegance of Iranian hospitality. Guests can look forward to tasting traditional delicacies, such as those that highlight the integral role of vegetables and fruits in Persian cuisine.
