Sprawling across 12 acres, the resort offers not just stunning vistas and impeccable hospitality, but also a wealth of activities catering to every age group.
Yet, besides all these alluring attributes, it was the resort’s culinary offerings that captivated me during my short stay. The kitchen at Heritage Village Resort Manesar showcases a remarkable dedication to the culinary arts, presenting a menu that is both irresistible and truly delectable. From locally sourced ingredients to time-honoured recipes, every dish served here promises to transport the discerning palate on a gastronomic journey of unparalleled delight.
As I delved deeper into the resort’s culinary offerings, I was struck by the flawless execution and the evident passion of the well-trained workforce. Nestled in a private, cozy corner of the resort, The Red Lounge is an elegantly designed bar that offers a perfect sanctuary to relax and unwind. The menu features a carefully crafted selection of beverages, catering to a wide range of preferences and moods.
A conversation with the passionate bartender, Deepak, eager to share the secrets behind the making of a special cocktail featuring the iconic Old Monk rum, made my day. This personal touch and attention to detail elevate the drinking experience, creating a sophisticated and intimate atmosphere for guests to savour their favorite libations.

BOH- The backstage
I had the privilege of getting a glimpse into the remarkable world of the back-of-house (BOH) operations of this magnificent establishment, thanks to Mr. Shekhar V Sawant, Senior Vice President and General Manager, and Executive Chef Mr. Jaswant Singh. Witnessing the state-of-the-art facilities and the meticulous processes involved, from the collection of raw materials to storage, cooking, and final plating, was a truly amazing and enlightening experience for me.
One cannot fathom the immense hard work, manpower, and expertise required behind the scenes to deliver such a successful and exceptional culinary experience. The level of coordination, attention to detail, and culinary prowess demonstrated by the team is truly remarkable.
