The Tales of Arabia Food Festival, taking place from 17th to 19th July 2025, is a masterful creation by the renowned Chef Pin. This luxurious celebration pays tribute to the timeless culinary dialogue between India and the Arab world, where rich histories and vibrant flavours converge on the plate. Guests can indulge in succulent cuisine — where Middle Eastern elegance meets the soulful warmth of Indian spices.
Diving deeper into India’s culinary heritage, the journey continues with the Royal Kitchen Food Festival, scheduled from 24th to 26th July 2025, curated by the talented Chef Anuj Wadhawan. This festival revives the nostalgic flavours of India’s colonial past, bringing to life cherished Anglo-Indian recipes once relished in royal dining halls and aboard railway carriages. Comforting delicacies are sure to transport diners to an era where two worlds blended beautifully over food.
