Tamra celebrates Punjabi Flavours with Chef Tikka Manpreet Singh

New Delhi, 18th August 2023 – Tamra, the iconic all-day dining restaurant at Shangri-La Eros New Delhi, is excited to announce the arrival of the renowned Chef Tikka Manpreet Singh. Known for his unmatched expertise in Indian cuisine and innovative culinary flair, Chef Tikka is set to introduce “Punjabi Flavours Unleashed,” a one-of-a-kind food-tasting event showcasing epicurean feasts. The specially curated menu will be available from 18th August to 27th August, providing guests with an extraordinary experience of Punjabi flavors for both lunch and dinner.

Renowned for its rich tapestry of flavors and traditions, Punjabi cuisine originates from the northern part of India. Chef Tikka Singh’s expertise in capturing the authentic essence of the cuisine, along with his knowledge of local cooking techniques, guarantees a unique gastronomic journey for guests.

The menu boasts delectable signature dishes such as Tawey da Meat Walla Tikka and Meat Di Chaamp Adrak Walli, catered to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Main course options include Chooran Walli Bhindi, Tikka Singh Da Meat Tarriwala, Murgh Dahi Kali Mirch Walla, Chakunder Moongphali Di Tikki, 2 Din Walli Dal, and Ambi Walla Tandoori Paneer Tikka. To satiate sweet cravings, the dessert selection includes Rau Di Kheer and Chakunder Da Halwa.
