    New Delhi, January 2024: Shangri-La Eros New Delhi invites its esteemed patrons to an exhilarating epicurean escapade. Guests can brace themselves for a thrilling nine-day odyssey as they explore the tantalising flavours of Kashmir.  This event unfolds exclusively at Tamra, the hotel’s esteemed multi-cuisine haven, from 19 to 28 January 2024.  With a rich tapestry of traditions and craftsmanship, both lunch and dinner offerings will unveil the opulence of Kashmiri cuisine, featuring a wide array of artisanal dishes, each crafted to perfection.

    As an immersive experience, this exclusive pop-up transforms into an activity that brilliantly resurrects the gastronomic heritage of Kashmir. The guests are invited to engage in this meticulously crafted and sensory journey, designed to captivate the senses with a diverse and indulgent array of flavours.  A traditional Wazwan chef, recognised as the maestro of Kashmiri culinary artistry, will be creating rich and flavourful delicacies providing visitors with a truly unique and immersive tasting experience.

    Diners can indulge in a variety of authentic delicacies such as Heavenly Rista, Lazeez kebabs, Indulging Gushtaba, Kokur Kanti, Lotus Stem Kebabs, Rogan Josh, Tabak Maaz, Sabaz Haakh, and many more. To elevate the dining experience, the dessert selection adds a delightful touch and features Kashmiri Zafrani Phirni, Suji Halwa with Dried Fruits, Jammu Chocolate and Zaffrani Rasmalai.

    Guests are invited to indulge in the authenticity of Kashmiri cuisine, paired with expertly crafted beverages. The rich flavours at Tamra beckon, with the lunch buffet priced at INR 3,000 plus taxes and the dinner buffet at INR 3,200 plus taxes.
