As an immersive experience, this exclusive pop-up transforms into an activity that brilliantly resurrects the gastronomic heritage of Kashmir. The guests are invited to engage in this meticulously crafted and sensory journey, designed to captivate the senses with a diverse and indulgent array of flavours. A traditional Wazwan chef, recognised as the maestro of Kashmiri culinary artistry, will be creating rich and flavourful delicacies providing visitors with a truly unique and immersive tasting experience.
Diners can indulge in a variety of authentic delicacies such as Heavenly Rista, Lazeez kebabs, Indulging Gushtaba, Kokur Kanti, Lotus Stem Kebabs, Rogan Josh, Tabak Maaz, Sabaz Haakh, and many more.
