Since then, he has worked with some of the most iconic hotels in India, including Taj Krishna, Taj Deccan, Taj Exotica, and Vivanta-Taj Blue Diamond.
His vast experience spans a variety of cuisines, including Indian, Italian, French, South Indian, and Pan-Asian, with a special emphasis on using the best quality ingredients, cooked in an uncomplicated yet flavorful style.
