In a major step towards improving guest experience and scaling business, StayVista has set plans to induct more than 1,000 hospitality experts in FY26. The massive hiring plan reflects the brand’s focus on service quality and local employment generation at India’s finest leisure hotspots. Part of its growth strategy, StayVista is reinforcing its frontline operations in order to deliver consistently higher guest stays at its expanding base of 1,000+ fully-serviced villas.

The recruitment drive will focus on key hospitality roles, including:

    • Housekeeping
    • Butler Services
    • Front Desk & Guest Relations
    • MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) Support
