    Mumbai, March 24, 2025: In a strategic move to drive digital transformation in India’s hospitality sector, New Zealand- based hospi-tech solutions firm STAAH has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sayaji Hotels in Mumbai.

    The MoU was signed at the iconic Taj Mahal Hotel, Mumbai, in the presence of New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon.
