STAA has partnered with Kondody Hotels & Resorts to digitally power its operational excellence through STAAH’s advanced real-time Max Channel Manager solution, STAAH has helped the seven-property group to streamline its operations across locations and improve guest experience considerably.
Founded in 1973, each of the Kondody Group’s resorts located in Thekkady, Munnar, Idukki, Wayanad and Mamalakandam, preserve the ecology of the land and are in serene, indigenous surroundings that allow guests to embrace nature in its truest, rustic form.
Before partnering with STAAH, the group was grappling with slow updates and delays in syncing bookings across multiple channels.
