STAAH Launches AI-Powered Access Evo For STAAH Max Customers

STAAH announced that Access Evo, its new AI-enabled platform, is now available to STAAH Max customers, with rollout beginning across Asia-Pacific from August 2026.

Access Evo is a subscription-based, AI-enabled platform that transforms the way accommodation providers manage their day-to-day operations. Working seamlessly across the STAAH Max ecosystem, it brings together alerts, analytics and AI-powered assistance into one place, enabling hotel teams to work faster, make better-informed decisions and focus more on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Nothing hoteliers relied on previously has changed; the Channel Manager, Booking Engine and ReviewMinder continue to function exactly as they do, with Access Evo’s platform bringing everything together in one place. Whether managing bookings, monitoring performance or responding to guest reviews, hoteliers now have the freedom to focus on what matters most to them, their guests and their business.

“Access Evo is about giving hoteliers back the hours they spend digging through systems and reports, so they can spend more time on their guests and their business. Making it available to our STAAH Max customers is an important step, but it’s only the first one – this is just the beginning of what Evo will do for hospitality teams across the region and beyond,” said Louise Daley, Head of Hospitality APAC, The Access Group.

Access Evo brings five capabilities to the STAAH Max suite:

Ask anything, get answers instantly – Copilot

Copilot is an AI-powered assistant that allows hoteliers to ask booking and performance-related questions in natural language and receive answers in seconds. From occupancy forecasts to booking trends and channel performance, Copilot delivers the answers, eliminating the need for manually digging through reports.

One login for every tool – Unified Access (SSO)

A secure Single Sign-On provides seamless access to Access products from one place, with personalised views tailored to each user’s role, ensuring quick and secure access to the tools most relevant to their responsibilities.

Respond to reviews in seconds – AI Review Response

The AI review response suggests on-brand replies for reviews across connected booking channels, helping hotel teams respond more quickly and consistently while simplifying reputation management.

Stay ahead with real-time alerts – Feed

A unified activity feed consolidates bookings, reviews, payments and important operational updates in one place, so hoteliers always know what needs their attention and can prioritise tasks and respond quickly.

Keep up with your property from anywhere – Evo Mobile

The Access Evo mobile app keeps hotel teams connected to live updates, bookings and operational alerts, so nothing gets missed, whether they’re on-site or on the move – putting the workday in their pocket.

Access Evo is designed to evolve with STAAH Max customers. Today, it sharpens the platform hoteliers already use, with answers in simple language, real-time alerts and one login across the solutions. Next, Evo will move from answering questions to acting on them, as the decisions behind distribution, pricing and reputation begin to run in the background, with details shared closer to the time. And onwards, the ambition is to give hotel teams more time for what matters – less time in the system, and more time with their guests and growing their business.
