Sinclairs Hotels & Resorts has announced STAAH as their distribution partner. Sinclairs Hotels and Resorts owns and operates nine properties in India at Burdwan, Siliguri, Darjeeling, Kalimpong and Dooars in West Bengal, Gangtok and Yangang in Sikkim, Ooty in South India and Port Blair in the Andamans.

The Partnership will see STAAH helping Sinclair properties to manage their online distribution at ease. The technological expertise of STAAH will empower the group with tools like Channel Manager — that helps hotels to list and manage their inventory across online booking channels, Review Minder — a reputation management tool, and Rates Talk Services — a competitor rate checker tool, to drive more business and boost revenues.

“We were looking for a Channel Management Partner to efficiently handle and manage rates pro-actively in various online platforms. We decided to on-board with STAAH as they seemed to provide the perfect solution to our needs” says, Swajib Chatterjee, Chief Operating Officer, Sinclairs Hotels Ltd.

Commenting on the partnership, Shoaib Ali, National Sales Head, India for STAAH Ltd says, “STAAH is a platform which assists hotels in managing their online distribution and maximize the revenue. By automating certain tasks, the platform allows Sinclair Hotels to devote more attention to providing a comfortable and detailed experience for Modern Travelers. Essentially, STAAH’s technology will be streamlining certain processes, freeing up time and resources for Sinclair to focus on enhancing other aspects of their services. We look forward to further fuelling their growth and success.”
