Some of Seta’s signature dishes include the ‘Turnip cake garnished with garlic chips & Sichuan pepper’, the ‘Yuzu kosho shrimp with shiso lime drizzled with chili butter’ and the ‘Grilled cauliflower served on a bed of sweet potato puree with harissa hummus & curry-oil drizzle’, among others.
