Designed as a sunlit, contemporary space, Scarlet Mani Square draws inspiration from earthy Mediterranean tones and tropical modernism, resulting in an environment that is at once transportive and comfortably familiar. The café features a fluid layout defined by soft curves and organically shaped seating zones, with curved flooring inlays guiding movement while maintaining a sense of openness. Central seating, enhanced with indoor greenery and sculptural planters, introduces natural softness and elevates the guest experience. A tactile material palette of natural woods, cane, rattan weaves, and textured stone surfaces brings warmth and artisanal character, reflecting Scarlet’s ethos of understated luxury. A highlight of the space is the open bakery, designed to engage guests with the craft behind the café’s offerings, while large glazed openings fill the space with natural light and maintain strong visual connectivity to the surroundings.

The offering extends to celebration cakes, customised desserts, and takeaway options, catering to both leisurely dine-ins and quick visits.

For a wholesome start, the Scarlet Breakfast serves up a complete platter with eggs to order, sausages, bacon, baked beans, hash browns, sautéed mushrooms, and sourdough. The Grilled Chicken Mexican Bowl offers a hearty yet balanced combination of grilled chicken, roasted cherry tomatoes, refried kidney beans, sour cream, and avocado, while the Spinach and Mushroom Sriracha French Toast features savoury brioche layered with sriracha mayo, spinach, and buttery mushrooms. Beverage favourites include the smooth and mellow Cafe Latte and the ever-popular Caramel Frappuccino, a refreshing, sweet pick-me-up perfect for warmer days.

“We had multiple location options for our third outlet, but a lot of our regulars come all the way from Salt Lake just for our food and ambience. So choosing this location felt natural. Red is the colour of Scarlet, so we wanted that to echo across the space, from the tree to the smallest decor accents, even down to the all-red menu. Everything carries a hint of scarlet,” said Mannvi, the Founder.
With this new outlet, Scarlet continues to grow while staying true to its founding vision — where design, community and culinary craft come together effortlessly.
