The idea behind hosting a Sizzler Festival was born out of Moon Tree Café’s constant endeavour to reimagine familiar comfort food through fresh and engaging culinary experiences. Known for its inviting ambience and contemporary approach to dining, the café curated this festival to resonate with both loyal patrons and modern food lovers seeking bold, hearty flavours layered with a touch of nostalgia. Sizzlers, with their widespread popularity and dynamic presentation, offered the ideal canvas for a flavourful, sensory-driven showcase that reflects the evolving tastes of Kolhapur’s diners.
