Sayaji Kolhapur announced the appointment of Gaurav Gaur as the new Director of Operations. With a distinguished career spanning 23 years in the hospitality industry, Gaurav brings a wealth of experience and leadership, having been associated with prestigious brands such as Marriott, Welcomgroup, Radisson, The Fern Hotels & Resorts, Leisure Inn Grand Chanakya, Ramada Valley, Akshaj Hospitality Service, Ramee Rose Hotel, and Regenta Central, among others.

Gaurav holds an MBA in Hospitality from Institute Vatel, Nimes, France, and has consistently demonstrated a strong track record in operational excellence and strategic growth. Prior to joining Sayaji Kolhapur, he served as General Manager at Regenta Central Mewargarh in Udaipur, where he played a pivotal role in elevating the property’s performance and guest satisfaction.
In his new role at Sayaji Kolhapur, Gaurav will lead the operational team in delivering high standards of service and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. His deep industry insight and commitment to excellence make him a valuable addition to the Sayaji Parivar.
