BENGALURU, April 2025: This summer, SAWARI India Restaurant invites mango enthusiasts and culinary adventurers alike to indulge in an extraordinary seasonal menu showcasing India’s most beloved fruit in all its glory. As temperatures rise across the Garden City, this limited-time collection of mango-inspired beverages and desserts offers the perfect respite for discerning palates.

Located in the heart of Bengaluru, SAWARI India continues its tradition of culinary excellence by transforming premium Alphonso and local mango varieties into refreshing concoctions that honor tradition while embracing innovation.

“Mangoes are intrinsic to Indian summers—they’re not just fruits, but treasured annual traditions,” says Co – Founder, Ishant Khanna. “Our seasonal menu captures this cultural connection while presenting mangoes in ways that surprise and delight our guests.”

The beverage selection offers something for every preference. Adventure-seekers will appreciate the “Spicy Mango Tango,” where heat from Tabasco and chili creates an unexpected counterpoint to sweet mango notes. Traditional favorites receive expert treatment—the “Mango Lassi” delivers creamy comfort, while “Aam Panna” presents the perfect balance of raw mango tartness with refreshing mint. The “Mango Jaljeera” reimagines a classic cooler with sophisticated spice combinations, and the “Mango and Mint Cooler” offers a virgin mojito elevated by tropical sweetness.

For the perfect conclusion to any meal, SAWARI presents four exceptional desserts. The “Mango Kulfi” pairs a dense, creamy texture with pistachios for a luxurious flavor profile. “Aam Rabri” transforms reduced milk porridge with juicy mango cubes and premium dry nuts. The “Alphonso Mango Ice Cream” showcases prized Ratnagiri mangoes in their purest form, while “Mango Shrikhand” offers a sophisticated interpretation of a beloved yogurt-based classic.

Each offering is served within SAWARI’s sophisticated ambiance, traditional cooking techniques and live music enhances the sensory experience. The seasonal menu is available daily from noon until 11 PM, 1st may onwards, till the best mangoes are in Season.
