With the title of “Best Hotel Bar”, Copitas, will showcase the forgotten legacy of the Bacardi Legacy Cocktail Competition at the Rum Cocktail Week from January 24th to February 5th, 2023.
The Rum Cocktail Week will bolster the winning drinks from the Bacardi Legacy Cocktail Competition, started in 2011, which transformed the bartending scene and legacy of competitors in various ways and is now an inspiration to young and budding Indian bartenders. Experience the creativity and passion of India’s finest bartenders and discover the stories behind the winning cocktails.
In the midst of the bustling celebration, Savio Fernandes, the F&B Director at Four Seasons Bengaluru, comments, “The guests have the opportunity to taste forgotten and nostalgic cocktails crafted by the past winners of the Bacardi Legacy Cocktail Competition India, and also to discover their stories and inspiration behind the drinks. Throughout the promotion, COPITAS, the Cocktail Bar, will feature a special menu of re-creating the signature cocktails of past winners with its own unique story.
