Royal China brings an authentic fine-dining Cantonese experience with a modern flair, infused with a monsoon theme. Known for its sophisticated atmosphere and stunning views, Royal China combines timeless Chinese culinary traditions with contemporary elegance, offering the perfect backdrop for a refined lunch or dinner.

To vibe with the monsoon season, the restaurant presents an exclusive curated menu that perfectly captures comforting, robust flavours that reflect the authentic taste of Bengaluru. Guests can begin their meal with a selection of soothing soups, featuring options like Hot and Sour, Coriander, or Royal China Sweet Corn, each available with chicken or vegetables.

For the appetiser round, diners can choose one dish from a diverse array of delicate dim sums and flavorful starters. The options include the classic Har Gow dumpling, A savory Prawn and Chive dumpling, and a spicy Sriracha Chicken dumpling, alongside a satisfying Chicken and Chive dumpling. Those preferring vegetarian alternatives or crispier textures can indulge in the Hot and Soft Corn Curd, Kung Pao Potato, Three Treasure Mushroom with Ginger Chilly, Mongolian Chicken, Salt and Pepper Prawn, or Sauteed Chicken in Hot Bean.

The main course invites guests to choose from curated and specialised dishes. Seafood and meat lovers can opt for the savory Kung Pao Prawn, Tenderloin in Black Bean Sauce, or Chicken in Chilli Oil and Spring Onion. Vegetarian palates are equally delighted with choices like Mixed Vegetables in Chilli Black Bean Sauce, Aubergine and Vegetables in Spicy Sauce, or Cottage Cheese in Chilli Oil and Spring Onion.

To accompany the mains, the staple course allows each diner to select one base, featuring comforting options like Egg Fried Rice, Butter Garlic Fried Rice, Hong Kong Street Style Noodles Vegetable, or Burnt Chilli Garlic Noodles Vegetable.

No royal feast is complete without ending on a sweet note. The experience concludes with a choice of exquisite desserts, offering the rich Royal China Mud Cake, classic Honey Noodles with Ice Cream, or the delightful Chinese Toffee Banana with Ice Cream. Whether you are planning a relaxed afternoon lunch or an elegant evening out, Royal China at UB City, Bengaluru, provides a masterfully crafted culinary escape this season.
