    Llewellyn Heyns – Food & Beverage Manager

    Llewellyn Heyns has been appointed as the Food & Beverage Manager for Ronil Goa – a JdV by Hyatt Hotel. Llewellyn brings over 10 years of diverse experience in South Africa and India. Guided by a beverage led- philosophy, Llewellyn aims to infuse the essence of socializing into every experience through the intuitive service provided by his imaginative and free-spirited team. Llewellyn and his team is dedicated in crafting beverage offerings that will celebrate the spirits of Goa, while simultaneously pioneering innovative beverage programs throughout our distinctive F&B and residential style event venues.

    Karan Kohli – Head Chef

    Karan Kohli has been appointed as the Head Chef for Ronil Goa – a JdV by Hyatt Hotel. Chef Karan’s first culinary lessons were at home in Agra where he realized early on, his passion for cooking. He has an experience of over 14 years with brands such as Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, IHG Hotels, Alila Hotels, IHCL, Marriott International, and Accor Hotels in India. In his new role as Head Chef, Chef Karan will be designing menus to deliver a multisensory experience, guided by the JdV brand ethos – “Celebrating Life. Living in the moment.” With thoughtfully sourced ingredients, his dishes will celebrate international and local comfort classics fuelled by energizing neighbourhood connections.

    Saurabh Malhotra – Director of Sales

    Saurabh Malhotra has been appointed as the Director of Sales for Ronil Goa. Saurabh has over 19 years of diverse experience in the hospitality and aviation sectors, having been associated with renowned brands such as Hyatt, Virgin Atlantic, and Air India. Saurabh, a fervent and disciplined professional, wholeheartedly embodies Hyatt’s purpose of care. In his capacity as Director of Sales at Ronil Goa, Saurabh will head the commercial initiatives for this boutique resort. Leading a dynamic team of young and free-spirited sales professionals, Saurabh aims to make Ronil Goa – a preferred destination for the ‘young at heart’ and for those who are open to embracing new and unique experiences.

    Jasmine Patil – Finance Controller

    Jasmine Patil has been appointed as the Finance Controller for Ronil Goa – a JdV by Hyatt Hotel. Jasmine brings along 17 years of diverse experience across Hyatt hotels, Foodlink & Kamat Hotels in India. He started his Hyatt journey with Hyatt Services India Pvt Ltd as an Accountant, followed by Assistant Manager at Grand Hyatt Mumbai. Prior to joining Ronil Goa, he was associated with Park Hyatt Hyderabad as a Finance Manager. In his current role, he will oversee all the hotel’s financial operations, namely accounting, auditing, budgeting, and purchase functions.

    Jaya Yadav – Human Resources Manager

    Jaya Yadav has been appointed as the Human Resources Manager for Ronil Goa – a JdV by Hyatt Hotel. Jaya brings along 9 years of diverse experience across different Hyatt brands in India. In her new role, Jaya’s focus will be to drive strategic HR goals, seamless implementation of best practices in HR, training, and wellbeing to cultivate a culture that helps employees be their best. Jaya looks forward to creating an environment of openness and trust by bringing Hyatt’s values and purpose live, encouraging diverse points of view amongst the free-spirited team members to ensure they deliver the brand promise.

    Addi Shekhar – Front Office Manager

    Addi Shekhar has been appointed as the Front Office Manager for Ronil Goa – a JdV by Hyatt Hotel. With 10 years of diverse experience across brands like Hyatt, Starwood & Marriott hotels in India, Addi, a steadfast leader takes pride in living by the Hyatt purpose of care. In his role as the Front Office Manager, he will be leading the vibrant and free-spirited team driven to deliver personalised and joyful service making each stay as unique as each guest, across the Front Office, recreation, and Spa function.

    Baibhav Giri – Housekeeping Manager

    Baibhav Giri has been appointed as the Housekeeping Manager for Ronil Goa – a JdV by Hyatt Hotel. He brings over 12 years of experience across brands like Taj and Hyatt Hotels. In his new role as Housekeeping Manager, Baibhav will take care of day-to-day housekeeping operations and implementation of the highest safety and hygiene standards within hotel operations. Baibhav is a creative and thoughtful leader who lives by the values of Hyatt and aims in delivering elevated and heartfelt experiences throughout the guest stay.

    Mohammad Imran Khan – Cluster Revenue Manager

    Mohammad Imran Khan has been appointed the role of Cluster Revenue Manager for Ronil Goa – a JdV by Hyatt Hotel. Imran comes with over 12 years of diverse experience in the hospitality industry with brands such as Radisson, IHG, Kingdom of Bahrain, Accor among others. Imran is recognized as a results-driven professional and is deeply immersed in all facets of hotel operations, sales, distribution, and revenue management.

    Keshav Rawal – Security Manager

    Keshav Rawal has been appointed as the Security Manager for Ronil Goa – a JdV by Hyatt Hotel. Keshav brings along 29 years of diverse experience across hospitality & other industries: GMMCO Ltd, NAAL Ltd, Nester Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Impala Beverage Ltd, Ciba India Ltd, BASF India Ltd, & Thunder Bird Resorts & Hyatt hotels in India. With over 13 years of experience with Hyatt family, Keshav will be responsible for the security and wellbeing of the entire hotel, guests and staff. He will also work as a liaison officer between hotel and guests.

    Dnyaneshwar Yadav – Engineering Manager

    Dnyaneshwar Yadav has been appointed as the Engineering Manager for Ronil Goa – a JdV by Hyatt Hotel. Dnyaneshwar brings along 14 years of experience across various brands like ITC, Keys Hotels, Hard Rock Hotel & Hyatt hotels in India. A problem solver and a goal-oriented professional, in his new role, Dnyaneshwar looks forward to effectively balancing the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel while leading the team to further increase the contribution to the hotel’s sustainability efforts

    Jagruti Sochar – Experience Manager

    Jagruti Sochar has been appointed as the Experience Manager for Ronil Goa – a JdV by Hyatt Hotel. Jagruti brings along 12 years of diverse experience across Marriott & Hyatt hotels in India, with almost 9 enriching years with the Hyatt family. Known for her interpersonal, organisational skills and guest relationship management, she will be responsible in creating immersive on-site experiences and activities for the guests that will bring the best of Goa live at this chic boutique resort. Jagruti will closely work with the operations team to elevate and deliver new experiences to create a joyful vibe across the property.

    Akshita Rege – Marketing Communications Manager

    Akshita Rege has been appointed as the Marketing Communications Manager for Ronil Goa – a JdV by Hyatt Hotel. Akshita brings to the brand a seven-years of diverse experience across The Leela, The Grand and other Hyatt properties in India. In her new role as Marketing Communications Manager, Akshita will be responsible for strategic marketing initiatives to deliver brand communication for Ronil Goa – a JdV by Hyatt Hotel.

    Keith Miranda – Learning Manager

    Keith Miranda has been appointed as the Learning Manager for Ronil Goa – a JdV by Hyatt Hotel. Keith brings along 15 years of experience across ITC, Marriott & Hyatt hotels in India, with almost 8 enriching years with the Hyatt family. In his new role, Keith will be responsible in creating an engaging, high-quality learning experience and an environment for team members to understand brand’s purpose.
