Ritesh Arora Joins The Lodhi (New Delhi) as Director of Human Resources
Lodhi, a luxury hotel in the capital, has appointed Ritesh Arora as Director of Human Resources. Having spent almost three decades in the hospitality industry, Arora brings huge experience in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development to the position.
As Director of HR, Arora will be responsible for the overall human resources function of the hotel, ranging from recruitment and employee training to performance management and policy development. Arora’s background is in major leadership positions with major international hospitality brands. Previously, he worked as Director of Human Resources for Hilton Hotels Worldwide, where he directed HR functions across several properties. Before joining Hilton, he was Head of Human Resources for The Oberoi Hotels Ltd., where he worked on talent sourcing, leadership growth, and optimizing the workforce.
