New Delhi, December 26, 2024: There is a yearning, it is for a place, it is for a time and sometimes for a person. This yearning leads you to serenity, to enchanted wine cellars, to a bygone era where time stands still and everything is absolutely perfect. There is a place like this, it waits for you. It knows you will find it. You will not be alone. You will be hungry, hungry for an experience, an experience that is unparalleled, an experience that is completely unforgettable. Once you find this elusive space, you will walk into a coven of candlelit beauty ensconced Sin a gothic Italian church. With accents of fine art, fine wine and crisp white table cloths that await a table laden with fine food, this is a space you will be glad you found.

Welcome to the all-new Dali, the chic sibling of Cafe Dali that is set to bring the elite to the tony market of Greater Kailash 2. Inspired by the travels of founder Prateek Gupta, who traversed the interiors of Italy to find handpicked art, sculptures and even the glassware for his establishment, Dali stands to be the fine dine venue of choice for those who appreciate the finer things in life. Hand-forged bronze sculptures, handcrafted porcelain pieces and the wafting aroma of Nonna’s cooking, this is what you’re going to immerse yourself in when you dine at Dali. With a stunning wine cellar in the basement that doubles as a private dining room to the 18 seater cosy bar away from the dining space, Dali is set to change the game. An exclusive wine list, food that is art on a plate and interiors that transport you across the seas to a palazzi in Rome, Dali is all that and more.

The menu features ingredients sourced directly from Italy, so that every plate on the table isn’t just a work of culinary art but a memorable bite too. The Crudo and Caviar selection are a great way to indulge your senses, choose from Beluga or Oscietra caviar, paired with traditional accompaniments. The Bottega de Formaggio is a selection of fresh Burrata, a Gruyere fondue and a luscious Tuscan Charcuterie board. The specials among the Antipasti includes, the exceptional Tortellini el Brodo, a classic Emilia-Romagna dish of lamb & Parmigiano micro tortellini in a deeply flavourful broth, the Tartate de Mare, Salmon and Tuna tartare with avocado, blueberry and pickled radish and the Arancini Anatra, carnaroli rice with braised duck finished with duck veloute and aged parmesan. In the Handmade Pastas, the Papardelle Pesto Genovese and King Crab and Limone Tortelli stand apart. The mains feature a Pasticcio di Lasagne, a classic open lasagne with layers of buttery pulled fowl and the Lobster Aragosta al Limone, an Adriatic lobster tail, poached in Champagne. The seasonal specials pay homage to the bounty of the season with Hand Rolled Spaghetti and a Catch of the Day cooked with a salt crust. The menu also has a dedicated Truffle menu, with classics like Cacio-pepe, agnolotti and risotto flavoured with fresh truffle shavings. A meal fit for royalty needs to close on a high note as well, the Dali Tiramisu and the Sicilian Pistachio Gelato served with Ornerllaia 2023 EVOO are absolutely perfect for that.

Dali encapsulates a thousand year long history with walls that showcase the works of Pablo Picasso and The Persistence of Memory by Salvatore Dali. The Library boasts of housing, first edition Dickens and books carefully preserved and passed down from generations. Each corner is an ode to art, literature and architecture. Come satisfy that yearning for a place only a few can find.
