Coming from British Airways, Rishi brings with him a wealth of experience in the travel sector. His recent tenure as Chief Transformation Officer at Oneworld Alliance involved spearheading digital transformation, customer experience enhancement, commercial innovation, and member services elevation. He played a pivotal role in developing Oneworld’s branded lounge and loyalty upgrade propositions.
