From the Garden Harvest Salad and signature BBQ Chicken Wings to the smoky Smoked Aubergine Jambalaya and melt-in-your-mouth Braised Pork Belly, Chef Picu and his team have curated a selection that promises to tantalise your taste buds. The talented bar team at Saz has conjured up an electrifying lineup of 11 cartoon-inspired cocktails, paying homage to beloved 90s characters as well as some recent animated shows. Transport yourself with “Jasmine of Agrabah,” a magical blend of Jasmine-infused Dewar’s 12 YO, spiced grenadine, orgeat, and lime foam. Unleash your inner sailor with “The Sailor Man,” a zesty concoction inspired by Popeye, featuring Pistola Reposado, grapefruit, lime, coconut, and spinach soda. Or, indulge in the enigmatic “What’s Up Doc?” (inspired by Bugs Bunny), a playful mix of vodka, arugula syrup, and a pickled baby carrot brine finish.
