This March, Novotel Vijayawada Varun is set to bring the vibrant spirit of Korea to the heart of the city with an immersive Korean Food Festival at its award-winning signature restaurant, Red Bowl, from 1st March to 8th March 2026. Fresh off the prestigious Food Connoisseurs Award 2026, Red Bowl continues to elevate Vijayawada’s fine dining landscape by introducing authentic Korean flavours in a city that is increasingly embracing global dining experiences.
Leading this culinary showcase is Chef Ronald, an accomplished specialist in Korean cuisine with over two decades of experience. He brings the vibrant spirit of a Seoul kitchen to life with dishes that are robust, evocative, and soul-satisfying.

Sharing his thoughts on the festival, Manish Pathak, Hotel Manager, Novotel Vijayawada Varun, said, “At Novotel Vijayawada Varun, our focus has always been on curating dining experiences that are globally relevant while remaining locally engaging. As Vijayawada evolves into a more discerning culinary destination, the Korean Food Festival at Red Bowl reflects our commitment to introducing authentic international cuisines with depth, technique, and cultural context.”
Over eight flavour-packed days, guests can expect Dubu-Kimchi with its silky tofu and punchy fermented notes, Tteok Bokki with its fiery glaze and satisfying chew and Jjampong Ramen, a rich, spice-laden noodle bowl layered with robust flavours. Each dish is crafted to deliver authenticity while inviting diners to explore something new.
Red Bowl is already celebrated for its Pan-Asian cuisine in Vijayawada and its much-loved live Teppanyaki counter in Vijayawada, often rated among the spots serving the best Asian food in Vijayawada. The Korean Food Festival adds another exciting chapter, inviting guests to experience Korea in its most authentic and flavourful form.
