RateGain Travel Technologies Limited (RateGain) announced the appointment of Amarpreet Singh as Chief Customer Officer. In this role, Amarpreet will lead RateGain’s global customer organization, building and scaling a tech-augmented delivery model designed to ensure seamless implementation, rapid onboarding, global support and continuous value realization across platforms.
As Chief Customer Officer, Amarpreet will work towards enhancing client experience by leveraging AI to transform the customer journey, automate support, reduce churn, and create new growth opportunities. Partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, he will focus on building smarter processes that deliver faster value realization and long-term customer loyalty.
With over two decades of experience, Amarpreet has held senior roles at Cvent, WNS, and Gwynniebee, leading global teams and driving technology-led success. At Cvent, he managed worldwide support, services, and implementation, delivering strong results to enhance the customer experience via CSAT and NPS.
