Gurugram is set to experience the royal flavours of Rajasthan once again as Rangeelo Rajasthan returns to Café G at Crowne Plaza Today Gurugram, following the resounding success of its first edition.
This exclusive dining experience features Chef Swaroop Rana from InterContinental Jaipur, in collaboration with Executive Chef Sankha Das Mahapatra, promising an authentic journey through the rich culinary heritage of the region.
Guests can indulge in a regal buffet spread of classic delicacies such as Dal Baati Churma, Laal Maas, Ker Sangri, and Gatte ki Sabzi, crafted using traditional techniques and bold, aromatic spices that define Rajasthan’s royal kitchens.
