    Raiya Launches ‘Darbar-e-Khaas’ Bowls

    After redefining luxury dining in South Delhi with its fusion of cosmopolitan flavours and modern Indian finesse, Raiya, the city’s newest culinary treasure, has launched its innovative addition to its royal menu: the Darbar-e-Khaas Meal Bowls. Designed for the modern gourmand, these bowls transform everyday dining into an intimate royal experience.

    Located in the heart of South Delhi, Raiya has already established itself as a symbol of understated grandeur. With interiors that blend Indian heritage and Victorian elegance, the restaurant captures the soul of modern Indian luxury — one that is refined, personal, and deeply sensorial.

    The newly introduced Darbar-e-Khaas Bowls are Raiya’s ode to those who seek flavourful, well-balanced meals without compromising on indulgence. Each bowl reimagines the concept of comfort dining with royal finesse from the Shehenshahi Murg Bowl and Badshahi Dal Makhani Bowl, to the vegetarian delight Mystic Mushroom. Every bowl is a complete meal that carries the signature Raiya flair, intricate, elegant, and rich in cultural expression.

    Curated by Raiya’s culinary team, the bowls are part of a larger seasonal evolution at the restaurant that also introduces new signatures such as Ocean Kissed Prawns, Avocado Affair Flatbread, and the Sole of the Sea. For dessert lovers, the Lotus Biscoff Royal Cheesecake continues to reign as the house favourite.

    To complement the menu, Raiya’s Lustre Collective Bar has added a new lineup of clarified cocktails that blur the line between mixology and artistry. Signatures like Noureen (a blend of nine spirits), Madira Treasury (inspired by ancient Saki rituals), and Elysian offer an experience that’s as immersive as the cuisine.

    “Raiya was envisioned as a treasure, not just of flavours, but of moments,” says Prriyam Chauhhan, Founder of Raiya. “The new bowls and additions reflect how luxury dining is evolving; it’s no longer just about grandeur, but also about intimacy and convenience without losing its soul. That’s what Darbar-e-Khaas stands for: luxury, made personal.”
