Lords Hotels & Resorts is excited to announce that they have welcomed Rahul Kharat to their team as their Corporate Human Resource Manager. Mr. Kharat brings 27 years of experience regarding talent acquisition, employee engagement, development of the infrastructure and administrative aspects of human resources to strengthen the organization.
The focus for Mr. Kharat will be to establish and align the various human resource practices and operations across Lords Hotels & Resorts with the objectives of the business paying acute attention to employee satisfaction, the productivity and professionalism of the recruitment cycle, and an attitude of learning and development at all levels for every position.
